Success stories

Arian International advised Full Audit, an auditing services company, in its internationalization process. Full Audit defined internationalization as the main axis of its growth strategy and national and international positioning, in a sector with few elements of differentiation. Fundamental aspects in the process were: the correct selection of international markets, the entry strategy, and the creation of a network of international collaborators.

The technology company Detnov Security was advised by Arian International Projects for the development of its Internationalization Plan and implementation of international strategies. Key points in the definition of its internationalization strategy were: market selection, service/product differentiation, selection of the form of entry, identification of barriers, and international communication plan.

Unipharma was advised by Arian International Projects in the implementation of its Internationalization Plan.
